On the same linux machine on the only Linux machine with different ACK files
If you work with more bites with more bites, it is essential that you have a separate configuration file every time. In this article, we guide you through the process of running the Linux machine with different configurations.
Understanding the structure
Bitcoin has three main configurations:
- ‘Bitcoin.conf
: Global Configuration File.
2.
If you can implement it with different configurations twice, you must create separate libraries each time and copy the configuration files to these directories.
Step 1: Make a separate directory
Create a new library for every occasion:
Bash
MKDIR -P / PATH / TO / BITCOIN
MKDIR -P / PATH / TO / ONLY BITCOIN -NO2 /
Step 2: Copy configuration files
Copy the bitcoin.confda file to the appropriate catalogs. You can do this by running the following commands:
Bash
SUDO CP /PATH/to/bitcoin.conf / Bo / BO / Bitcoin-intension-intension-noitconf
SUDO CP /Path/to/bitcoin.Bitcovinf. /Path/to/to/bitcoin-instance2/bitcoin.conf
Step 3: Update configuration files
Update every time the configuration file is to use new catalogs:
`Bash
SUDO NANO PPATH / TO / BITCOIN- FORNSTANCE1 / BITCOIN.CONF
sudo nano ppath / to / bitcoin-fortance2 / bitcoin.conf
Update ‘Data Harm’ and ‘Dbdir’ settings to refer to these files to refer to the desired libraries:
- ‘Dadasa): Bitcoin tells its data directory. Can use a relative or absolute way.
DBDIRD: A database of bitcoins is produced.
Here are some examples:
Bash
#/Road/to/bitcoin -1/bitcoin.conf
[General]
Datadir = / Path / to / Bitcoin, LY1 / DATA
Dbdir = / path / only in / bitcoin-n-db
/Path/to/to/bitcoin-instance2/bitcoin.conf
[General]
▪ / Way / To / Bitcoin-on22 / Data
Dbdir = / path / only bitcoin -t2 / db
Step 4: Restart bitcoins
Restart both cases to involve new configuration files:
`Bash
Sudo Service Bitcoin-Demon CV
Sudo qucoin-qt reboot
Alternatively, you can start with the “Config” option. For example:
`Bash
.
drop
If one of the copies is not correctly initialized, try both cases and try to check the log errors.
By following these steps, you should be able to maintain two bitcoins with different configurations on the Linux machine. Remember to update configuration files regularly to ensure that all cases are synchronized.
